Canal banks + Cassia Park - 45:10

First run in 3 days. Came down with a virus and had pretty bad aches, fever, and stomach issues. Made it through the run without having to make any pit stops, but was abnormally sweaty and achy throughout it. Hopefully I'll be back to normal tomorrow. I have a marathon in a month and my training the last month has sucked!

Don't get too down on yourself, you will be in fine shape for your marathon (remember you ran Robie in the last month, not too shabby!). I caught the flu right after the Shamrock marathon and know how you feel. Chalk it up to a bad week and attack next week with vigor.

Great comeback run. Sometimes our body need s a rest. I've had to take it a little easier with a sore knee, but I know I haven't lost fitness. You'll be ready for the marathon.

I'll exactly be in Boise this next week Friday thru Sunday at soccer tournaments.

I appreciate the encouragement. I'm just getting a little panicked because things haven't gone quite as smoothly as I wanted. Kory, if you want to go for a run while you're in Boise, post me something on my blog mid week and by then I probably will know if I'll be in town next weekend.
