Running Accomplishments:

I've been running since junior high. Ran middle distance in college with a PB of 1:52 for the 800 meters, then continued running with varying degrees of seriousness throughout my 20's and 30's. Moved up in distance and even ran three marathons (2:43 PB). Now just trying to stay in shape and find balance in life in my 40's.

 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Work out 30 minutes a day, six days a week

 

 

 

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy and consistent.

Greenbelt - 38:03

Nice evening run on the greenbelt. Started at the Orchard Street access, and headed upstream into Julia Davis Park and back. Did some various pickups during the run to turn the legs over (I have zero leg turnover right now, by the way).

Good run, the turnover will come back as your training increases.

You should use the shoe tracker feature on the blog so you don't have to track it by hard. Really easy...log in, press shoe tracker link on the menu on the left, enter shoe data..voila! Now you just enter which shoe you ran in and the mileage for the run and the blog will track it and display the info.

Thanks for the tip. Copying and pasting every day was pretty low tech. This seems a lot easier!
