How's the recovery from the marathon coming along?

From johnr on Fri, Jun 13, 2008 at 13:01:25

Jeff,

Recovery is going ok, but I'm still battling some injuries (achilles + shin). In addition, I'm going to Spain tomorrow for 2 weeks so I'm not sure how much I'll be running. I'm using this as a down period to try to get healthy. I'll post my plan today in my blog and I'd be interested in your comments. Thanks for checking. Looks like you're running well, eh?

Have fun in Spain (and be careful). Is this a work or pleasure trip?

I will watch for your plan and give you any feedback I have.

Yeah, my running is going pretty good. Looking forward to the Wasatch Back Relay next weekend to really test myself again.
