South loop - 49+

Did a progression run this afternoon. The roads were somewhat clear so running was a little easier than it's been the past week. Miles were 7:35, 7:12, 7:02, 6:37, 6:34 and 6:11. Last mile was a cool down. I did not feel fit, that is for sure. It was super to get outside, though, and I enjoyed every minute of it.

After an average of 22 mpw the last 8 weeks, I am ready to get back into some better running here soon.

Nice progression. Looking forward to seeing your increased mileage in your training...hopefully the weather will be agreeable!
